My new job…

I am now a GUESS employee at GUESS Lakeside. I’m a sales associate and a determined individual. lol.
I must say i have good work ethic, i’m organized, dependable, trustworthy, BUTTTTTTTT i’m also vehicle-less. ): bummer.
I’ll be struggling to make it to work every day, unfortunately. I don’t know how to drive, and I cannot depend on my aging mother to drive back and forth from Gentilly to Lakeside, SO i have to find my own rides. This would be easier had i not recently pressured my boyfriend into returning to work from a recovery from a car accident. I mean, I want him to work and the thought of him being consumed with other than boredom all day eases my worrisome mind, but NOW he’ll be at work opposed to chauffeuring me around like he has been doing. ):
Well school, and work are my commitments and I’ll do everything in my power to make sure both are executed smoothly. Be it begging for a ride, or public transportation (i’m lying and being sarcastic because i do NOT know how to use public transportation) i WILL make it to work ON TIME.

My friends tell me don’t hesitate to ask for a ride or favors, but i do hesitate. i feel like a nuisance. i feel like it’s too much to ask of people to cater to me when i know that they have their own business to carry out through their days. It’s not fair that i’m other people’s responsibilities… hmmm..

Maybe i should look into getting a license and my first car eh? That’s nothing i’m looking forward to, but for now, i’m goin to get a manicure and dwell on the issue and report to work for 5 o’clock!
